Back at the end of August I posted the Cerner EHR incentive money total at $2.2 Million. No doubt that’s a lot higher now. However, it’s interesting to compare the totals of Cerner’s EHR incentive money and Greenway’s EHR incentive money.
If you know of other EHR incentive money numbers that are published, please let me know.

Just to clarify, that was just for Greenway’s ambulatory physician practice customers. Obviously the hospital vendors will have much larger EHR Meaningful Use payments to their customers at some point because the average hospital will receive between $4M-$6M but the average physician practice in America will only receive about $150,000. You cannot really compare ambulatory software and acute/ in-patient sofware companies when it comes to EHR Meaningful Use payments.
Thanks for the clarification Justin. Definitely are different worlds to talk about incentive money totals for hospitals versus ambulatory practices.
