#HITsm Exposing Hospitals Weaknesses

I had a good time today at the #HITsm chat today. I only caught the tail end (seems like every Friday I show up late), but there was some interesting chatter.

Indeed, I think we’d find a bunch of hospitals with “their clothes off” if we started digging.

To be honest, I actually find this as a really scary thought. Although, I think social media could be a power for good in improving the situation in healthcare. I’ve often argued for transparency and good information. I think social media can provide that transparency.
